I was excited when I saw an email asking me to review what I ordered however, it appears there’s nothing (see picture of floor). I’ve sent two emails, and to no surprise, no response. In addition, it seems I’m not the only one to experience this as many others who have completed reviews have the same experience. Would love a response or if possible, what I ordered.
