The Accel OG withstood the tests of time wonderfully thanks to its functional, shoelace-free design. The legendary style is made from a perforated upper and is made from durable, wear-resistant premium leather which was designed especially with skateboarding in mind and is guaranteed to last you through more than just a few intense skate sessions.
Just like the rest of the shoe, the tongue has lots of padding for a protective, comfortable fit and gives this shoe an excellent shape in combination with a reinforced heel and elastic tongue straps which keep everything in place.
The triple-stitched toecap and reinforced ollie area make this classic as long-lasting and durable as it was back in the day.
The cupsole is double-stitched to the upper at all critical areas for extra-resistance to wear and tear, and the outer sole is equally durable. The 'STI foam level 2' footbed has open cells for an extremely cushioning, shock-absorbent fit. This gets a boost of extra padding from the EVA midsole, which also creates a perfect 'boardfeel'. Who knew shoes could be so high-tech?
