Thanks to a special rubber compound commonly used for car tires, the new outsole used for the Marana x Michelin lasts up to four times longer than the regular one while maintaining all the qualities of a modern cupsole designed for skating. These improvements on the Marana outsole were actually driven by the already remarkable lifetime of the upper material. The Etnies Marana x Michelin is made from durable suede and comes with the same seamless, reinforced and rubber-printed toecap that is known to last for ages. For a good fit and comfort, the tongue and collar are nicely padded with breathable mesh. The STI Evolution foam midsole and the PU-insole provide excellent cushioning and heel support which makes the shoe so attractive for high impact skating.
