SHIPPING RATES
We offer free shipping for orders with a minimum purchase value of 50 or 95 euros, depending on the destination country (please refer to the table below).

SHIPPING DURATION
Orders placed before 5 pm on weekdays (Mon – Fri) are shipped the same day provided they were paid for with a credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Our shipping partner is DHL.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays in North Rhine-Westphalia will be processed on the next business day.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday.
Up to 2 delivery attempts will be made. If the package cannot be delivered at the specified address, the package will be stored at your nearest post office. The package will then be available for pickup at the post office for the next 7 business days.
Please note that orders paid via standard bank transfer can only be shipped once we have received your payment.

Keeping track of your order
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we will send you an E-mail containing a DHL tracking link. Please note that it could take a few hours for the tracking link to work. DHL has to scan your package into their freight system first. If the link does not work, please be patient and try again later.
Additionally, you can check the current status of your order in the 'My Account' section, under 'My Orders'.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
As soon as your package leaves the warehouse, we’ll send you an email containing a link to DHL so you can track the delivery of your package. Please note that it may take a few hours for the tracking link to work as DHL has to scan your package first. If the link doesn’t work, we recommend being patient and trying again later. You can also check the current status of your order in “My Account” under “My Orders”.
Please note: the emails we send to you may wind up in your spam folder. If you don’t receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact our service center.
CREDIT BALANCE
Whenever you return an order, you not only have the option of being reimbursed, but you can also have the amount credited to your Titus account. You can see your account balance under “My Account > Balance”. If you have credit on your Titus account, you can use it for future orders.
Any leftover amount will be credited to your account again. If your order exceeds your balance, you can choose how you would like to pay for the rest of the amount – just as with a regular order.
MINIMUM ORDER VALUE
There is no minimum order value.
VALUE ADDED TAX
Shipments to non-European countries may incur additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) which are not paid or invoiced by Titus. These costs will be paid directly to the customs or tax authorities by the package receiver. Please contact your local customs/tax authorities for more information
KORTING PROMOTIE EN RETURN
Als een artikel van een kortingsactie wordt teruggestuurd, kan de toegekende korting veranderen. Dit gebeurt bijvoorbeeld als on-top kortingen op bestellingen vanwege een retourzending ertoe leiden dat een andere kortingsschaal in aanmerking moet worden genomen.
Voorbeeld: Er is een extra korting van 10% op een bestelwaarde van 80€ en 20% op een bestelwaarde van 150€. Indien in één bestelling 2 artikelen worden besteld van elk 90€, is de waarde van de bestelling 180€, wat resulteert in een promotiekorting van 20%. Als een van de artikelen wordt geretourneerd, bedraagt de waarde van de bestelling slechts 90€ en wordt de korting van 10% in aanmerking genomen. De andere kortingsschaal wordt toegepast via de terugbetaling van de retourzending.
